Brandy McNeil is a serial innovator who focuses on community needs through game-changing innovations to build successful digital literacy programs. As an award-winning Director of digital literacy education for the New York Public Library, Ms. McNeil has played a significant role in paving the way for successful series based programming as well as coding workshops in public libraries. Building the highly successful TechConnect Department at the New York Public Library from the ground up, Brandy has a proven track record of delivering results and has tripled program attendance, making the New York Public Library one of the largest attended digital literacy programs in the U.S. Under her stewardship of the 89 branches across NYC, Brandy has established partnerships with organizations such as Google, MIT, and the U.S. Embassy to name a few, and developed a team of effective professionals and support staff.

Brandy is a sought-after speaker, panelist, and international tech education authority and has been featured on television, in newspapers, blogs, and other media outlets. Previously, Brandy worked for several Fortune 500 companies in which she facilitated tech education and instructional design for corporate staff globally. Brandy is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Business and holds an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship. She serves on a number of boards and committees and in her spare time, she is an entrepreneur and speaker of diversity and inclusion.
